With over 15 years of experience in healthcare management, I have had the privilege of leading and transforming operations at some of the leading hospitals across the Twin Cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. My professional journey has been shaped by continuous learning and international best practices, including ISO training, Canadian healthcare accreditation standards, and a Master’s degree in Hospital Management.
Throughout my career, I have been honoured with multiple professional awards recognising excellence in healthcare leadership and operational management. As a Certified Trainer in Anger Management and Effective Communication, I strongly believe that outstanding patient care begins with empowered, motivated, and well-trained healthcare professionals. Building strong teams, fostering respectful communication, and promoting emotional intelligence remain central to my leadership philosophy.

My aim is to provide the best healthcare facilities to our community with a strong focus on quality, transparency, and patient trust. In healthcare, quality cannot be compromised — from treatment to the medicine a patient receives.
To support this vision, I am working to introduce international brand medicines and ensure that every prescription at Elaaj is dispensed with the highest standards of authenticity and care.
As part of our expansion plan, I aim to create more ventures under the umbrella of Elaaj International Hospital, including a chain of pharmacies across the Twin Cities. These pharmacies will ensure that patients and their families have easy access to genuine, quality medicines at affordable prices, right after their treatment.
Beyond healthcare, my goal is also to create more job opportunities for the residents of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and to contribute to the growth and well-being of our local community.
Together, we are building Elaaj not just as a hospital, but as an integrated healthcare ecosystem — where patients receive complete care, from consultation to medication, with dignity and excellence.
